Registration and access
The only thing you need to enter Juaneda Contigo is to register in the App to have your username and password.
Given that our main aim is to improve our commitment to our patients and stay up to date with technological health improvements, we inform you that in order to enjoy Juaneda Contigo, you must create a new account with an email and add your ID and the same registration mobile phone number as in your previous account.
In order to enjoy all the functionalities of the application or website, you must register, since with some of your personal data we can, for example, speed up and secure the process to book, reschedule or cancel appointments.
Registering with your email and creating your password will not take you more than a minute 
If you have forgotten your password, don’t worry. You have a button that allows you to recover and create a new one by entering your email or phone number.
You must access “my profile”, modify the data you want and save the changes.
Reports and Test
You must download the Juaneda Contigo app on your mobile phone and fill in the registration form. Once you have logged in, you must access the “documents” section.
Yes, they are available for download in PDF format. You must access the “reports” section and click on the “download” option.
Juaneda Contigo only allows access to full reports. To access a partial report, you must go to the hospital in person with your identity document.
Yes, to do this, you need to activate notifications and you will receive a notification when a new report is available. If you wish, you can also activate SMS/email alerts.
Radiology Tests
Yes, the reports are available for viewing and downloading in PDF format. The images can be viewed and downloaded in HTM format. You must access the “documents” section and click on the “download” option. There is also an option to share the study with a third party (by generating a shareable link or sending an email to the recipient).
Manage family members
Yes, you must go to “profile” and “add a family member”. The selected family member must share the mobile number with the main patient.
It is not possible. Each patient can only be related as a relative of one main patient.
Medical appointments
You can currently access your lab reports. Since we at Juaneda Hospitals are unconventional, we’re already working on new versions that will give you access to other medical reports.
Access to general medical information
Of course, at Juaneda Hospitals we also treat patients without insurance. When you make an appointment, you’ll see a drop-down menu called “Do you have insurance?” and your option will be the first: “No Insurance – Direct Payment.”
We’re nonconformists, and we’re already working on new versions of Juaneda Contigo, where you’ll soon have access to your reports and files.
